Redpoint is a Specialist Tour Operator arranging Ski & Activity Holidays to Austria dealing direct with the public. We are looking for a Sales, Administration and Customer Services Consultant to head up our UK sales operation and report directly to the directors. Duties include; dealing with customers, booking travel arrangements, confirming hotel bookings, resolving customer service issues and liaising with resort management.
You will need to have excellent time management and enjoy working independently, using your own initiative. Communication skills are essential as you will liaise with the general public, team members in resort, hoteliers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be able to speak German, have a great telephone manner, previous sales or customer services experience, be self-motivated and organized with an eye for detail & accuracy.... read more in Recruitment info
