Dave needs your help! You may rememer him, he worked for us in 2010 as a ski instructor has a message for all our customers and anyone else who is interested in helping:"Hi, my name is Dave and I’m about to embark on a 192 mile walk (Wainwright’s Coast to Coast Walk) to raise money for Disability Snowsport UK with my friend Gilly Fraser. We hope you are in a generous mood because we are looking to raise £5,000 for Disability Snowsports UK (DSUK) which as you probably know is a charity that enables all disabled people no matter what the disability to ski. We set off on the 24th July and finish on the 7th August.
What we want most of all from you is your money, no point beating about the bush about it is there! You can do that by clicking on the big Donate now button below but if you fancy a bit of a walk one day why not come and join us, we'll make you welcome and might even buy you a beer at the end of the day!! On most days we will be walking about 12 miles and taking all day to do it so we are not going to be going at a mad pace, not that either of us could anyway. As well as raising the money for this worthy cause we are out to enjoy our two weeks in the sun!
That's the good news, as we are doing it to raise money; we have decided that anyone who wants to join us must raise a minimum of £50 towards the total.
Now Gilly and I have email as many of our friends as possible to tell them of this epic journey and we hope like you they have visited this page to donate lots of cash. Whether you know us or not what we would like you to do, after making your donation of course, is email all your friends pleading with them to visit our website and make a donation.
